What we can do for you

The community navigator program

We are a resource and referral hub

Clients are seen by appointment only

  • We assist in accessing available services without charge.
  • We help apply for services from Federal, State and Local agencies, such as DHHS, Food Stamps, Section 8, Social Security, Unemployment Insurance, Department of Labor Job Bank, and Workers Comp.
  • We help with budgeting.
  • Assist with Job search information.
  • Assist with employability issues.
  • Help with Landlord/Tenant issues and homelessness.
  • Assist with LIHEAP Fuel Assistance and CMP payment negotiations, especially with disconnect issues.
  • GED information and assistance.
  • Assist with Veterans Benefits.
  • Domestic Abuse referral.
  • Medicare assistance referral.
  • Card replacement assistance. (Social Security, Veteran's DD214, State ID's, etc).
  • Information about Food Pantries and Clothing Resources.
  • Refer to other agencies as appropriate.
